Thanks so much for the video; it helped me get a single apostrophy from the quotation marks. But my other issue is in "Cursive 101" cartridge, when you string the letters together, specifically an 'n' to a 'w', part of the first stroke of the 'n' shouldn't be there. Is there a way to cut off just part of a letter? What I'm going to do is just use scissors once it is cut. But I would really like a way to eliminate part of a letter or add a little extra to a letter. Do you know of any way to do this? Thanks for any help you can give. Pat
