Skinny Notepads

Hello Crafters,

Just added a new project I saw someone else do. These are called Skinny Notebooks. I thought that I would try it out. The first one I did was the one on the far right. The middle one was my youngest daughters. I did most the stamping, but she did alot of the glueing and corner cutting. The one on the left was done by my oldest daughter. She loves purple. These are actually great teacher gifts. They plan on giving these to them tomorrow.

I actually loved doing these. It didn't take as long as I suspected. You could definitely do these by mass producing them. Kinda like an assembly line.

There is also a pen you can coordinate by paper to go with these notepads, but I have yet to find the ones I can use for it. As soon as I do, I will make them and post pictures.

The notepads inside are regular pads from Office Depot. They were cut in half from the red line and over. I used miscellaneous cardstock and a stamp I found on clearance at Michaels. Also I used black ink from Stampin' Up and Rose Red ink from Stampin' Up for the yellow one. I tied bows and a knot with regular gro-gain (sp?) ribbon. I used a 1 and 3/4 circle punch and a 1" circle punch for the front.
Happy Crafting,
Kristine
